The location was good, the place was very clean, and the bath was a bonus. The snacks were pricey—£6 for a chocolate bar was a total robbery, so I didn’t eat at the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The bed was super comfy, and the spot right off the M1 was spot on for a quick shop at the nearby mall. No complaints at all.

What really impressed me was the wonderful team. Every staff member seemed genuinely committed to making the hotel feel like a home away from home. It’s not just the service, but the warmth, kindness, and little touches that make you feel truly welcomed and looked after. You can tell when a team genuinely cares about the experience they create for their guests, and that definitely came across here. A big thank you to the whole team for making my stay feel so comfortable, personal, and memorable. It’s people like this who make you want to return.

We snagged a complimentary room upgrade that included the executive lounge, which really made the stay feel worth the price. The staff greeted us warmly and were genuinely friendly. The only downside was the cost—if we hadn't gotten the upgrade it would have felt pricey. Also, one of the shower bottles was completely empty, which is odd for a 4‑star place; they should probably check those daily.
