The location and the pool were good, but the place was dirty, with worn‑out fixtures, a broken toilet seat, filthy floor tiles and shower cabin, a room that hadn’t been swept for a long time, stains on the floor, grime in the corners, and three men at reception who kept the place messy and smoked.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, high‑quality linens, a modern TV, a fridge, a balcony, and breakfasts that included eggs, French fries, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, olives, and buns with tea; the hotel has only three floors but a lift; the sea is a 10‑12 minute walk with a smooth entry; the pool is even a bit larger than on the photos; parking is available on the hotel’s CCTV‑covered lot; the staff are always upbeat; thank you for the welcome. The surrounding area is disappointing: the path to the beach goes through awful piles of trash, and there is litter on the shore; if you drive, it’s best to head to the nearby bay or city beaches—about 15‑20 minutes away—where the water is clean, beautiful, and convenient; the hotel itself needs some repairs and tidying; enjoy your stay!

The only thing I could say positively was maybe the pool, but the rooms were not clean, the shower doors fell apart, and the shower head couldn’t be hung.

I barely found anything to praise, but at least the bedding looked clean and the breakfast ingredients were fresh. The room and bathroom were just awful—unclean, blandly furnished, and many items were broken. The payment terminal at the front desk was also broken, and the fish in the reception aquarium will probably die soon because of the dirty water. Breakfast was extremely simple.
