The location was superb, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent, so I highly recommend it and would definitely return. The only drawback was the stairs—no lift—but that didn’t stop us; the staff even carried our luggage, so it’s just a note, not a complaint.

The location is great, check‑in is hassle‑free, and the place is very clean.

The location was spot‑on and the staff were super friendly and helpful, yet there was no elevator—most rooms are several flights up, so we had to lug our luggage up with staff help. There was no one on duty after hours, so arriving before 9 am meant we couldn’t leave our bags until the afternoon when rooms opened.

The place is in a great spot and the room was comfy, but the lack of a lift made the many stairs a real issue for anyone with mobility problems.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of Boston Common, the ferry to Salem, the Quincy Market, and more. The downstairs deli serves tasty sandwiches, and Bricco Restaurant is a great spot to dine. Nothing to add.
