Whenever we head to Dagupan we book this place; it’s cozy and laid‑back, the staff are welcoming and helpful, and the owner, Madam Cynthia, greets guests with outstanding hospitality.

The pool area is clean and nice, but the bathroom is a cramped “wet” space; still, the hot water is good.

The location is very convenient, yet the room isn’t clean and there are a lot of mosquitoes.

The pool was a highlight, but the overall vibe was dirty—termite-infested cupboards, a grimy fridge, and mosquitoes everywhere. The bed was comfy at first, yet the next day we both felt itchy. A bottle of small mineral water cost 75 pesos, and while some staff were fine, the owner‑lookalikes were miserable and unwelcoming.
