Its location is great, surrounded by plenty of dining options, and the beds felt comfortable while the property seemed well‑maintained. The only hitch was that the lobby sits on the seventh floor and the elevators can get overly crowded at times.

The place is centrally located and you can easily find food around the hotel. The staff were attentive. It was a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected on Merdeka night.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast spread offered many options. Parking costs RM5 per day, and you have to validate the ticket each time you leave.
