The view was nice and the place stayed clean, but the road to the hotel had at least 30 sharp turns, which made it hard to navigate. Language barriers with the staff caused trouble ordering, and breakfast offered only sweet options with limited variety for the price. We also couldn’t eat dinner on the balcony as expected; we had to eat inside.

The welcome was fantastic, the atmosphere felt family‑friendly, and the local cuisine was generous. The locals who come to the bar as part of the décor are also very friendly. A great address.

The girls were truly kind and hospitable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was sweet; I liked everything overall, the only issue was the narrow road that climbs up—it's best to honk your horn.

The view of the Val d'Ossola from the room terrace and the restaurant was beautiful, the room was excellent and comfortable, the food was great, the staff extremely kind, and the food very good; I recommend it!
