The calm, setting, secured common courtyard, pool, and overall security are all excellent. The houses look lovely, and the sense of privacy and community is well balanced. Parking is available, and the owners are discreet yet polite and friendly. The cleaning upon arrival was superficial, missing corners. Some sofa cushions and mattresses could be improved, and the kitchen is slightly lacking in equipment.

The venue is very beautiful, well renovated, and the large pool is a highlight. The only downside is the mosquitoes.
