The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with the potato cake served hot being the highlight; there were plenty of sides, vegetables, and fruit. The relaxation area was great, and the large, deep pool and jacuzzi were fine.

The location is fantastic and the spa facilities are superb—only the robes could have been included in the price. The building is impressive, the breakfast is generous and delicious, and it’s a great spot for a family trip.

The standard is excellent, rooms are spotless and spacious. Room 001 was poorly located, with crowds of adults and children loudly talking from the morning, all heading toward the pool.

In short: WOW, the property, location (views), layout, and cleanliness. Breakfast offers great variety, taste, and quality—highly recommended. The response to a reported issue was immediate and practical. Unfortunately, the response to the needs of a disabled guest during the booking process was lacking; they were assigned a room at the end of the corridor, meaning dozens of meters with luggage and a stroller. Luckily, after intervention another receptionist honored the written request, moved the room, and compensated the inconvenience with a better standard. Additional notes: no disabled parking spot was assigned, and the room lacked a tea kettle, spoon, or knife—small details that were still bothersome.
