I stayed at a beautiful place with excellent location, the staff was divine and the beds and towels were super comfy. The bathroom, however, didn't offer any privacy.

Hotel Posada Terra Santa is a very charming hotel in a fantastic location in Palma’s Old Town. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of character. Unfortunately, my room had poor soundproofing, and I could clearly hear people’s footsteps from the other rooms, which disturbed my stay. I also wish the hotel had sent clearer, more detailed instructions on how to reach the property by car, especially since it is located within a restricted-access area

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel - beautiful interiors - a hidden gem - wonderfully friendly and helpful staff ! Lovely breakfast ! Super comfy beds ! We will definitely be returning ! We loved our stay and were made to feel so welcome ! Victoria. Nothing - it was gorgeous!!!

The warm welcome from the receptionist who spoke Polish was a nice touch. A small but very useful pool on the top floor in August. Everything is well thought out: a bathtub in the bathroom with bath salts, a parasol in the wardrobe. The welcome included ProSeco with a friendly note. The whole stay in Palma was very successful, partly thanks to a place like this that you’d gladly return to for a recharge before continuing sightseeing. Great omelets at breakfast! Even the taxi ordered at the end turned out to be half as cheap as the well-known apps. Highly recommended!

A very nice boutique hotel, absolutely lovingly decorated. The location is excellent for a quick walk to the centre. We booked two rooms and received an upgrade for both. The rooms are lovingly decorated, the bathrooms are large and modern, with a spacious walk-in shower. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Very good breakfast! The hotel has a small pool on a beautiful roof terrace with a lovely view over Palma. On our next visit to Palma we will definitely stay here again! There is absolutely nothing to criticize!
