The hotel staff didn't respect privacy and were quick to share information with third parties.

The staff helped resolve a payment problem with the kiosk machine very well. The hot water heater didn’t work, the bathroom tap was damaged and leaked, and it seemed like the room should have been checked before guests arrived.

“Not worth the price”

The self‑service was straightforward and useful, but the place lacks any real isolation—everything outside and inside is audible. The AC made a constant noise all night, though that was in another room because ours was turned off, so I had to rely on my AirPods to sleep. The bed was filthy, covered in body hair and yellow stains, and the room was freezing at night; we never used the sheet because it was too dirty.
