The staff were awful, there were no welcome goodie bags, and mold was present in the restroom. It was a terrible experience, especially since it was my birthday—my worst birthday ever.

The place was clean but overpriced.

The pool was great and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast, but the carpet was soaking; we reported it and got no response or follow‑up. The bin in our room also hadn't been emptied. Both problems could have been avoided and were disappointing.

Everything was fine, I’ll come back. The only issue was that they didn’t clean my room on the days I was there.
