Everywhere in the hotel there’s beautiful furniture, the place stays very tidy and quiet, the breakfast each morning is great, and they even offer complimentary drinks; plus it’s within walking distance to many restaurants.

“Loved it!! Best hotel in the area. Thank you!!”

This was definitely the highlight of my ski trip to Japan; Yuka, Liam, Mako and the whole team were so hospitable and welcoming, the hotel itself is stunning, and staying in such a beautifully designed room felt like an experience in itself. I asked Yuka, the owner, if I could stay an extra night and she happily accommodated me; I can’t recommend this beautiful hotel enough and I’ll definitely return.

The property was lovely, feeling brand‑new and spotless everywhere, and the staff were the real highlight—always friendly and going out of their way to help whenever needed.

“Great stay”

We had a great stay, with everything we needed and a convenient location near restaurants and ski‑rental shops. The staff were helpful, arranging pickups and drop‑offs from the bus station. Breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable, so we’d come back. The pillows were a bit flat, but they offered another one when we asked. Their ski shuttle only goes to one stop at Happo One, while there are public shuttles from Main Street.

“Fabulous stay at a beautiful hotel”

We absolutely loved staying at Finn JUHL Hakuba; the hotel is centrally located, very clean, very comfortable, and the staff are extra helpful and kind, so we couldn’t recommend it more highly.
