The team was super friendly and helpful, and the area is peaceful. I have to say, the cleaning crew does a great job keeping this old, run‑down place tidy. On the flip side, the furniture was broken, the towels were gray and worn, the pool water was dirty, and the reception area had ripped carpets and broken fixtures—overall, the place looked pretty rundown.
