“Best hotel in Amalfi”

I can’t even begin to describe it—the hotel is stunning, the staff are absolutely phenomenal, and after more than forty years of traveling, they are the best I’ve ever met. The spot is close to everything, making it a pleasure to explore the town and the coast.

“Nice spot but staff could have been more helpful”

The room was great and very roomy, and it faced the port so we could see all the activity; we even caught a spectacular fireworks display over Amalfi. However, the hotel failed to honor their promise of letting us bring our bags early for a boat trip, which caused us to miss part of the trip and left us frustrated because they didn’t communicate with us. Finding the entrance was difficult, and it was in a risky spot with traffic passing close to the door. The short check‑in window made us nervous—if we didn’t arrive by 6 pm it would be a no‑show, but we managed to get there on time. On the last day, the staff initially wouldn’t hold our bags while we went sightseeing, which was stressful and could have ruined our plans, but they eventually changed their mind and helped us.

Breakfast is served at a nearby café and it’s quite bad. The breakfast and room cleaning are also problematic: the towels are not changed and are merely folded as if new, but they’re actually from the previous day.

Locatie was een top Locatie. Mooie uitzicht, bevindt zich in hartje Amalfi. Heel dichtbij strand, mooie uitzichten en levendige sfeer. Het Personeel was heel erg behulpzaam en oprecht aardig. Kamer was heel goed met een grote tras. Wij gaan niet snel naar hetzelfde Hotel, maar deze keer bestaat de mogelijkheid dat wij terug komen. Niets
