Best Western Plus Oak Harbor Hotel & Conference Center

“Nice location and looks clean but don’t trust the pet friendly sign. Only dogs.”

It looked nice and was in a local area of town. When I booked it stated that the hotel was “pet friendly” not “dogs only” or “no cats” so I got to the hotel, got completely checked in and as I walked out of my room the person who checked me in then said that I needed to leave because I had a cat and that I needed to find a new place to stay right away. When I mentioned it’s very last minute and that I got all the way checked in and it says pet friendly online she then said I could stay but my cat would need to sleep in her crate outside…in the cold and rain

“This hotel is a very comfortable stay.”

Very clean, nicely furnished, well maintained property. The pool and hot bath were very nice. The deluxe coffee machine in the lobby was a big plus. The breakfast was very basic with minimal options

Room was clean. Whatever cleaner is used made the smell in the room very strong would make me not want to stay again

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff friendly, and the location was excellent, but the jacuzzi was lukewarm.
