The drive to the resort is terrifyingly steep, about a 70‑80 degree slope that only locals can handle; we had to call the driver to shuttle us from the main road to the resort and back. The only room with a mountain view is the one shown on the website; every other room is blocked by large trees, making the price a complete waste.

To be honest, the network at this place was pretty much non-existent. I'd say it's safe to say that the network problem was the biggest issue I had during my stay. Unfortunately, that was pretty much the only issue I had - the rest of the experience was pretty uneventful.

The resort's friendly staff was a highlight, but they managed to check us into the wrong property, which was a bit of a nightmare. Luckily, they caught the mistake quickly and sorted us out with a new room. The garden area was lovely, with a nice bonfire going every night, and the staff even served us breakfast in our room, which was a nice touch. However, the approach road to the resort was a real challenge, and the water pressure in the shower was pretty low.

The room was a real highlight, super comfy and just what I needed after a long day. However, the payment process was a complete mess - I'd paid in full in advance, but the staff kept calling me to ask about it, even after I'd checked out. It was really frustrating, especially since the staff were all so friendly and polite. To make matters worse, the room service menu was pretty limited at lunchtime, and they'd even advertised ice as an option, but it was nowhere to be found.

Unfortunately, this resort was a total letdown from start to finish. The location was terrible, and the 'balcony' room we'd booked was basically just a tiny space with a huge tree blocking the view. To top it all off, the drinking water in our room had actual moss in it - not exactly what you want from a hotel. And at the price we paid, it was an absolute rip-off. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
