I had a reservation but was unable to check in; the front desk told me to “look for another hotel,” which was really frustrating.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. The room I was assigned was dirty, had a strong unpleasant odor, and didn't have air conditioning. To make matters worse, there was no elevator, which was a significant issue for me since I had recently undergone knee surgery. I had to cancel my stay as it just wasn't feasible.
