The weekend of the Buffalo/New England game left the area with no other options, so this place turned out better than the reviews had suggested. When I first stepped into my room, there was an odor that I had to tackle with Febreze and by opening the window; the smell returned on the third day, so a thorough carpet cleaning might solve it. One of the beds was fine, but the other clearly needs to be replaced.

The moment I arrived, a sweet aroma greeted me at the reception, which felt like a warm welcome. The lady at the desk was extremely pleasant and professional—hats off. We’re not the type to nitpick; our stay was very pleasant ☺️, just the pillows weren't very comfy.
