Sang Serene House

I had a very poor and unnecessary experience. The listing had incorrect photos and no real mountain view, which is what I booked to enjoy. The older male manager initially blamed me, then replaced the photos on the second day of my stay. When I visited the office to discuss an apology or possible partial refund, he became aggressive, accused me of fabricating the issue solely for a free night, and angrily stated, 'why don't you check out now.' The hostile atmosphere pushed me to leave immediately one night early. No refund or apology was given; my vacation was ruined by unprofessional conduct and a refusal to address a clear misrepresentation.

Quiet and peaceful, the room was clean. The entrance was a bit isolated, but a bolt could be called at an affordable price.

Very quiet location, beautiful comfortable rooms, cleaned every day, bedding refreshed. You can do a wash on the balcony if you want. After a few days in Hanoi, I finally relaxed there.

Sang Serene is a quiet neighborhood, almost rural, located in Chiang Mai. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom comfortable, and I also liked the balcony where you can do a wash. My room was cleaned and bedding refreshed every day, with great care by the kind lady who works there.
