Saitama Kyodo Building - Vacation STAY 02388v

“駐車場無料の広いお部屋”

The place was cleaner than I expected. The instructions for trash disposal were clear, which made it easy. I had asked for more hangers, and they were a bit more than usual, which was great. Free parking was available, so I could leave and return to the car at night without worry. The staff were very courteous when answering questions, which was appreciated. It was disappointing that the water server only worked if it was taken from the entrance. Also, I stayed multiple nights but only received one toothbrush, which was a let‑down.

“気軽で最高”

The shop on the lower floor was closed, so the noise from children was minimal, which was a relief; the entire floor was a single room block, so there were no neighboring rooms, and the parking was conveniently located behind the building. The only downside was a slight odor from the paint in the futon room.

Everything we needed was there and the room was very comfortable; the location was quiet and within walking distance of the station, and when we drove the parking was easy to find. The space was generous.

“家みたい”

Parking was free, check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and the room was spacious and comfortable with everything included; the futon was far better than a typical bed, so I’d definitely stay again. The only issue was the toilet’s position, which could have been better.

“良かった。”

The room was wide and clean, which I liked, but the frosted glass door on the outside staircase that let light in made me feel a little uneasy.
