The view from the room was excellent, and the walk to Limone city was great; bathing was very nice, and the Apero at Panorama Hotel Astor is worth trying. Breakfast had no fresh fruit and the scrambled eggs were dry and cold; there was no hotel restaurant and extra parking fees applied. There was no lift.

The staff were very friendly, the location was ideal for a dog, and it was very dog‑friendly! Breakfast could have been more varied. The owner turned off the air conditioning at the end of September even though it was still very hot and the AC was included in the room price; she was not accommodating. There was no lift and no assistance with luggage, even though we were on the 2nd floor.
