The welcome and service were great, and the breakfast staff were excellent.

The location was perfect for me—inside the Kasbah but away from the main bustle, about a 5‑10 minute walk to nice restaurants and roughly 20 minutes to Jemaa el‑Fnaa. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the varied, well‑cooked breakfast came with a big pot of coffee, which was great for someone who needs at least two cups to start the day. The stay was perfect.

The place was spotless and cozy, just like a second home. A 20‑minute stroll brought us to the main square and souks, which was perfect for escaping the evening bustle. The staff were outstanding—kind, caring, and always ready to help whenever we needed. The breakfast terrace and lobby felt welcoming, and our room was lovely, spacious, with a comfy bed and a great shower. Breakfast itself was very good. We’d definitely come back if we visit Marrakech again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was a bit out of the way, and the youth center right outside our window was loud until late at night.
