Friendly Hotel Krabi

The room was first‑class, the pool was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, but the distance to AoNang is significant, so having your own transport or a scooter is recommended, and there is no lock in the room.

The property offers good value for money, but it is far from Aaonag beach; however, you can rent a bike from the hotel to commute.

The hotel did offer a tuk-tuk service to Ao Nang, which was a plus, but unfortunately, that was about it - the beds were extremely hard, and the hotel's isolated location made it a hassle to stay. We ended up checking out early, on the fourth night of a planned six-night stay.

“I would say look elsewhere unless you like them speaking so you don’t understand”

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff didn't seem to understand English, and the place was not as advertised - the photos were misleading. The treatment I received was horrible, and I didn't feel welcome. The only issue I had with the room itself was the bed, which was uncomfortable.

“Sauber, Lage ist leider etwas außerhalb und schwer zu erreichen”

I was a bit disappointed with the unfriendly front desk staff during check-in, as they only handed me the key without any further assistance. The hotel's location is also quite far from the city center, making it difficult to get around without prior transportation arrangements.
