The location is easy to find, but everything else was off: I felt like I was bothering the owners when I arrived, the room assigned didn’t match what was advertised, the window looked into a hot hallway where all the air‑conditioners are, and it was extremely noisy from both outside traffic and the rooms that all face that same hallway.

The place was clean, the host was enthusiastic and sweet, and because we had a small child we got early check‑in if rooms were still available. The price was reasonable for Tet, it’s close to a nice beach, and the small beach area feels safe. The surrounding area isn’t as lively as Phước Hải, but the beach is pretty and less crowded.
