The location is very good, close to public transport: 2 minutes to the tram station, 6 minutes to the metro station, in a lively but quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are not sound‑proofed, so we heard noises from other rooms and the footsteps from the floor above.

The location is absolutely wonderful, 500 m from the HVL‑1 airport bus line and right near the T1 tram station. The elevator is fast, and the room and bathroom are very spacious. The staff were very attentive, especially at breakfast: they noticed I had self‑served an omelette on the first day, and when I was a little late the next morning, they brought me a big, fresh omelette on a large plate, prepared just for me. I was truly impressed. Two days later, I got to catch the omelette again, and my personal omelette came straight from the kitchen. It was an amazing level of care, a wonderful experience! A supplementary elevator could be useful; the existing one is fast, but when people call it from several floors, it can be a bit annoying. Not the hotel’s fault, I should mention.
