“Viaje Miami”

Parking is convenient and easy to access, but the beds are uncomfortable; I asked for a triple room and had to set up the bed at midnight after my flight.

“A filthy health hazard.”

The general manager had the best customer service. He should be at The SLS not here. Everything about the property. It was absolutely filthy. I think they make the bed and wipe the bathroom sink. But see my photos, I’m not lying when I say, it hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Just god awful. I cleaned it myself. And after that, I didn’t dare eat the breakfast. Which was filthy as well. Definitely no maintenance of cleanliness throughout the breakfast service. And finally… on the day of checkout at 7:24am, while I’m in the bathroom naked, I hear my door open with a key card and someone walk in. I say hello and they scurry out and down the stairway door next to my door. No knock, nothing. I am so furious over this stay. I just can’t get over it. I could go into my grocery debacle as well, but I don’t even want to go into that. Awful from before arrival to finish
