There was absolutely nothing positive to mention. The front office manager was an absolute ass.

The place is in a fantastic spot and the reception staff were very friendly and super helpful. The bathrooms were in TERRIBLE CONDITION—poorly maintained, never clean, with stains everywhere and a leaking flush handle. I had already pointed this out before, and my friends who stayed there also called housekeeping to complain. The coffee cups were cracked and the coffee leaked out. Rooms weren’t kept clean; the desk and table had dust. We ordered a chicken club sandwich, which arrived after an absurd delay because the toaster wasn’t working. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever seen—one bite and that was it, not grilled, and it even had an omelet inside. Breakfast was pathetic: the dosa wasn’t crisp, and the puris took forever to refill because they told us there was “ONLY ONE FRYING PAN.” Can you believe that?

The atmosphere was nice, but smokers had to be separated onto a different floor. The bathroom drainage was faulty; water wouldn’t drain properly while I was bathing.

The hotel’s location was perfect and offered good value. The building was old and could have been better maintained.
