“Don't expect anything.”

Score: 4/10. What did I like? Not much, really. The shower hot water came promptly. The elevator worked. Breakfast was non-existent. There was coffee with dry powdered creamer. In order to purchase ANY milk or other edible foods, a card must be used with an automated machine. They would not accept cash. I was reprimanded by staff for putting the milk back in the fridge. The staff was rude and uncompromising. The coffee was bitter. The shower was dirty with someone else's hair in the drain. The AC was poor. No fridge, no microwave or any amenities. Based on the signs posted everywhere, everyone is suspect and treated as such

I liked that once I had access to my reserved room, the key card let me enter three different entries and the staff honored my request for a particular floor. I also appreciated that I wasn’t disturbed by housekeeping staff, and I later told them housekeeping was unnecessary at that time. I didn’t like that construction was being performed, and I was upset when, after a long trip, I asked to use the restroom and the staff said they didn’t have a public one. They told me I’d have to go to my reserved room, even though there is a restroom in the lobby, but the staff or manager wouldn’t allow me to use it. I also found a bug in the restroom, and I don’t think I would stay there again.

“it was fine for a couple nights. No mini bar”

It was Labor Day, a very expensive weekend, and we got this room because everything else was booked. It was okay. It was a smoke‑free room, but it had a particular smell—not cigarettes, I suppose, but cleaning product. They did not have a mini‑bar.

“Picky about the people who book for no reason”

The lady at the front desk was nice. This man who claimed to be the manager lied about the room smelling bad.
