The price was good, parking was free, the pool and saunas were open for long hours, and the breakfast was fairly good, but there were many flies in the room and some rooms have a view directly onto the bar terrace, so you can see and hear guests eating and drinking from your window.

The staff were very friendly, the place is beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi are great, and the breakfasts are delicious. The bed was comfortable, and there were even several pillows available, which is rarely offered. It was fantastic.

The hotel is very pleasant, located near Jaworzyna Krynicka. The apartment is superb and the beds are comfortable. Nothing else was noteworthy.

The breakfast was excellent and the hotel atmosphere is great. Everything met my expectations; maybe they could provide slippers in the room and change the slippers, otherwise it is outstanding.

The pool area, sauna, restaurant, and the option to dine on site are positives, and the hotel’s location is intimate with a cozy atmosphere; as a property it has great potential. The room cleanliness was lacking – black hair on the bed, pillows, in the bathroom and under the shower, a hair in a boiled egg during breakfast, the towel rack was torn and had black, unwashed stains; for a 4‑star hotel you would expect a higher hygiene standard.
