The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide selection every day, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is close to Sarit Mall and it’s safe to walk there alone, with security staff keeping a close eye on the premises. Housekeeping was excellent, the rooms were quiet for sleeping, and the mini fridge was handy. There was plenty of room for a suitcase and the desk setup was convenient. Laundry service was good. On the downside, the shower floor was shallow and nearly overflowed, the bathroom lighting could have been better, the workout center was hot inside, and the Jacuzzi took hours to fill; the entry also looked unsafe. Meals after breakfast had a limited vegetarian menu.

The bed was very comfortable, and the location was in a quiet area of Nairobi. The dinner service was very slow, taking two hours to serve a simple dish. The half‑board option isn’t worth it because the dinner menu is very limited; it’s better to stay with breakfast only and dine à la carte later, giving you plenty of time.
