Charmaine was helpful and friendly, though there were still a few issues; overall, the place was pretty nice and quiet. A plastic chip packet was found in the pool, an empty plastic bottle lay on the grass, trash bags were piled against the wall, cigarette butts littered the concrete, and there was trash in the dog kennel.
