Free Wi‑fi, on‑site toiletries shop, and a 2‑minute walk to cafés, bars, supermarkets. Les Marolles neighborhood offers antique shops and galleries; metro, bus, tram stops within five minutes.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the noise was a major issue, there was no parking and the public parking was very expensive, there was no kettle or coffee machine, no staff, only two bottles of water in the room, and that’s it; communication was only via messages and not very friendly.

The host was very attentive all the time, giving us all the information promptly and clearly. Access to the room was easy, and the common areas like the kitchen and dining room were well kept. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It’s very close to the city centre and the main station. The only downside was the heavy street noise on weekends; we closed the windows but could still hear it, though weekdays were much quieter.

We loved everything! We only stayed one night (we’d have liked to stay longer if we had more time), but we’ll definitely book this place again when we return to Brussels. Contact with the owner was easy and responses were fast. It’s near everything—railway station, many tourist attractions, the old town, restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, so we slept great. The TV had Chromecast, and the common areas included a kitchen; every floor also had toilets outside the rooms, which we didn’t use but would be handy for longer stays. The only issue is that if you have trouble climbing stairs, this place isn’t ideal, and we stayed in October so we didn’t need A/C, but it would be great to add it for summer when temperatures rise.
