“Average.”

Decor of the room was funky. Staff were friendly at breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Upon check in at 7pm we were greeted in quite a blunt manner. We did not feel welcomed in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in. Bed sheets had small stains on. The walls of the hotel room are very thin. We had to call reception at 0530 to ask them to ask neighbours to shut their bedroom doors and stop running up and down the corridor shouting. Breakfast was limited and held in lobby

“Comfortable”

The hotel was clean and modern, though it felt a bit impersonal.

The room was very clean, the décor was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and cheerful. There were no negatives.

Breakfast was excellent, but the speakers in the Cam Ly corridor were loud.

The staff were nice and friendly, and the location was very good. The only downside was the somewhat outdated safe; there are certainly better options.
