The location made it easy to get around Toronto.
The beds were comfortable. The hotel is old, the windows were moldy and couldn't be opened.

The bed and the heated floor in the bathroom were nice.

Breakfast and the bed were fine. The in-room coffee maker was unusable, no coffee or water in the lobby, the waiter at breakfast was short‑faced, heavy, and treated me poorly as a guest, angry and with zero customer service. I don’t want a hotel where the waiter scolds me about the cutlery!!!
Everything was super professional and fantastic. I liked everything.
