There was hair in the bathtub/shower, no trash can, and the only one in the room was tiny, which is problematic when you often order food. Water took a long time to heat, the sink products were useless, but the shower products were fine. The hotel had exterior and interior structural damage, a chemical smell in the hallways and rooms, and the layout forced rooms to face the pool, causing endless light, noise, and a long walk to the rooms.

They helped me sort out the non‑payment issue, but I was left standing in the lobby for over an hour because I hadn’t paid the fee, so I had to cancel and rebook only through Holiday Inn at a higher rate. The property itself was good, but the fee problem was a major inconvenience.
