Everything was excellent. We arrived very late because of flight delays, and the young man working was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I can’t think of anything negative.

Very clean, super convenient location for everything I needed, and exceptional customer care! Some of the breakfast options were out of order.

I chose this hotel because the reviews were glowing, so I was willing to pay a bit more for the stay. When we arrived for breakfast around 8:30 am, the pancake machine was broken, the drink machine was out of order, and the hot food wasn’t hot. The attendant wasn’t very helpful, so we ended up with cold cereal and had to add a splash of milk to an empty carafe. It was a big let‑down and I regret splurging here. The place was noisy and doors slammed constantly. I spent almost $200 and many promises fell short, especially breakfast; I would have preferred the nearby Hampton instead. :(
