The staff were courteous, but I arrived on the night of a fireworks festival and both the adjacent and overflow parking lots were full, forcing me to park far away, then move my car again after the fireworks ended; the hotel should reserve parking for guests. Even with the air‑conditioner set to a strong 18 °C, the room stayed at about 27 °C, making it hard to sleep.

It was my first time staying here and the front desk was bright, kind and made me feel at ease; I was there for a hospital visit and the location was convenient thanks to the city tram. The only downside was a slight noise from the air‑conditioner before bedtime.

Both the outside and the interior looked incredibly clean while still feeling cheap, and there were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby so we could enjoy everything; they even managed to accommodate a last‑minute extension, which was a huge help, and there really wasn’t much else to complain about.
