The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly, and Edward went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of; everything else was great.

Blisko do stacji metra. Śniadania wystarczające,kawa dostępna w lobby. Duży, ładny pokój z widokiem na Manhattan (7 piętro) ,wygodne łóżko oraz bardzo ładna,funkcjonalna łazienka z suszarką do włosów. W łazience komplet kosmetyków Dove. Tv, usb. W okolicy niezbyt ładnie

It was very accessible to get into the main city area. Breakfast was decent a few options there. The train station was a short walk away. I went solo and travelled all times of the day and felt safe. The double room I stayed in was spacious the bed was massive. I loved the fact there was a microwave in the room. Key essential for when in NYC. After 22:00 or 23:00 for security reasons of course the auto doors don’t open. I forgot my card so I couldn’t get in but no one was at the desk. I was stuck outside until someone saw me standing outside (30mins) which was far from ideal. There needs to be a bell to press or something by the keycard on the first door to alert a member of staff who might be in the back
