I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location and the nearby food street, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The internet connection was also excellent, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no hot water available, which made my stay quite uncomfortable, especially during the cold weather.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some pleasant surprises and a few areas that fell short. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the blanket and bed sheets seemed to have been used before and not washed, which was a bit of a letdown. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making up for some of the room's shortcomings.

While everything exceeded my expectations, what truly stood out was the attention to detail and the evident passion for hospitality that shines through in every aspect of the hotel.
