The only good thing was the location. Check‑in was a nightmare: no one greeted us, no phone response, we got only key‑locker codes and room 2 was already taken. They showed us room 3, still dirty. We tried to get a refund or a staff visit, but it took ages. Eventually we had to clean the room ourselves and decide quickly, then we cancelled for free and booked elsewhere. After that, no one answered our messages, and the last call was noisy and hard to understand.

Close to the city and the Rhine, room was a decent size. But the street noise and lack of ventilation were annoying, and people kept cooking in the kitchen after 10pm. Also no coffee in the room.

No one was there when I arrived, and I never got an email telling me how to open the room with the keypad. After a lot of SMS, it finally worked. The place was a bit messy, and the photos were a bit staged, but it matched the listing.

The host was friendly and the apartment was spotless, but there was a weird smell that I couldn't stand.
