I have to say, the staff were really nice and the breakfast was top-notch. The location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city. But, unfortunately, the rooms were tiny - I mean, really small. It was a bit of a squeeze, to be honest.

The hotel's proximity to fast food, a pharmacy, and an Aldi was a definite plus, but the room had some major flaws. The gap between the door and the floor was huge, and air from the hallway kept seeping in. To top it off, the sheets and towels weren't changed, and the room wasn't cleaned during our stay.

The room was spotless, but it was a shame about the extra pet fee they tacked on after I'd already paid online. I'd double-checked the booking to make sure I wasn't missing anything, but still got stung. The breakfast was pretty meager, and the location wasn't exactly ideal. And don't even get me started on the lighting - all those harsh LEDs made it feel like I was sleeping in a hospital.

It's hard to complain when the room was so clean, but the mattresses were a real letdown. They were uncomfortable, and the coffee was basically undrinkable. For the price, I was expecting a lot more.
