“Comfortable stay near airport”

The stay was comfortable and the hotel sits very close to the airport. Everything was good.

“Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by the overwhelming amount of dust covering the furniture and surfaces”

I was impressed with the property's potential, but unfortunately, it was let down by extremely poor maintenance. The facility needed a lot of work to make it comfortable and functional. Despite its good foundation, the lack of upkeep was noticeable throughout my stay.

The hotel's location was its redeeming quality, but that's where the positives ended. The maintenance was non-existent, and to make matters worse, there was a foul smell that lingered throughout my stay. It was clear that the hotel was lacking in both upkeep and attention to detail.

“No use to write bye thank u”

I didn't receive any support during my stay, which was a major letdown. Overall, my experience was not good, and I was surprised by the lack of response to my needs. It felt like the hotel was not invested in providing a positive experience for its guests.
