The hotel is close to the sea, has air‑conditioning and free parking near the room, and the room itself is a two‑storey layout. However, the room was on the attic with very low ceilings, so you had to be careful not to hit the ceiling. Hot air from the air‑conditioner was vented through the chimney, and the heat leaked onto the stairs.

The room was clean and fairly spacious, even though it was on the attic. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were beach accessories available. The room had a fridge and air‑conditioning. The beach was very close, and there were shops and tram stops in the area. The common areas were cleaned regularly and trash bags were replaced. The Wi‑Fi was weak, and in the three‑person room the bathroom was downstairs with narrow, steep, winding stairs leading to the bedroom—definitely not suitable for elderly guests or small children.

The location is fantastic, close to the beach, shops, and a tram stop. The apartment is fully equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, a iron, a beach screen, a beach umbrella, and a rain cover, and it’s very clean. The owner is very pleasant.
