The room was clean, the location was good, and the staff were friendly.

The location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the new owners have taken over, so the bar and lounge shown in the pictures are missing, which is disappointing; building works are ongoing and drilling starts at 9 AM on a Sunday morning.

The staff were very friendly, the guest house was very clean, the cooked breakfast was okay and had table service with a variety of cereals for self‑serve, but you need to be fit to tackle the stairs because there is no lift, which makes it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.
