Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.

“The rooms are not as shown in the pictures. I would recommend staying elsewhere.”

I only got the address after I arrived, and then they sent me to a different hotel because the original one was fully booked. The staff could have handled it better. The place wasn’t very clean, the window wouldn’t close properly, and there were no quiet hours, so it was hard to sleep well.

The bed could be more comfortable, but the staff were kind.

“Overall very pleased”

How the room had everything I needed and it was great value for money. Friendly staff. Easy access. I didn't get my breakfast which was included in the price. Probably had to tell them in advance or remind them. During the check in there was no mention of it and it skipped my mind. Location. It's not that close to the 24 hour Asda and the Co-Op as listed. The check in wasn't very clear before hand
