The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and find good food; the staff were super friendly and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable, the beds were warm enough for the cold, and there was plenty of space for my belongings, but there was no hot water in the bathroom, the heater was weak, and the water stayed cold.

Location is very good although no great view from room, walk 50 metres and it is. I'd give them a 2 across the board for dilapidated water heating. Cold shower 2. Food 3 maybe

The hotel room was very simple and lacked charm, but it was perfectly adequate for our purpose since we were only staying there to sleep; the next morning we were picked up immediately to continue to the volcano, and the accommodation was suitable for that.

The spot is spot-on, but the room felt icy and everything looked a bit dated. The staff were friendly, yet they couldn’t help me get the national park QR code after chatting with three of them; they did, however, assist with other transport needs.

The location is solid, but the facilities need work: the water was lukewarm, the pressure weak, and it got chilly at night, making sleep tough. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
