The place is quiet and peaceful, with a private pool that offers a beautiful view. Every bedroom has air‑conditioning, and the kitchen surprisingly contains two refrigerators. The wooden furniture by the pool is lovely, and the staff are friendly. On the flip side, the historic house is impressive but the sight of flying lizards and ants around it was unexpected. The washing machine was broken and badly needed. The house could have been cleaned better – there were many cobwebs and layers of dust, and the pool area offered little shade. Cleaning during the stay was somewhat weak.

We were a group of 15 and this place was perfect for us. The facilities were excellent, with large rooms each having an en‑suite of different sizes. The pool sat in perfect sun, and we even used the tennis rackets the reception gave us to play on the nearby court. Leonardo responded quickly and spoke flawless English, which helped since my Italian is terrible. We’re already planning a return trip!

A charming spot tucked into a Tuscan postcard. The outdoor space and pool area are fantastic. The rooms inside are endless and fully equipped. The staff are super kind, attentive, and helpful! In some rooms, there was a noticeable fireplace smell, and the mattresses feel a bit stiff.
