It was good overall, but finding the location was hard; Punam was helpful and guided us quickly, and the check‑in process was smooth 👍🏻🙂

The property itself was excellent, the management ran smoothly, and the staff were very friendly; it’s conveniently close to the railway stations and Ganga Ghat, and Punam Mam treated us with great kindness throughout our visit.

We arrived at the property but never stayed. Himanshu took a token of INR 500 from me, yet we ended up in Haridwar and it took 45 minutes to navigate the bylanes, making it hard to enter with an SUV. The staff’s attitude was outright rejection once we got there, and I declined to stay. The surroundings are filthy.
