The pousada is cozy, offers a lovely view and impeccable breakfast. The staff are wonderful and served us very well. The décor is perfect and there are other activities available on site. I had trouble taking a shower because the tap didn’t heat up; I called a staff member and they fixed it, but the water still felt a bit cold. Other than that, everything was perfect!

I loved everything: the receptionist’s excellent training, the city, the bed’s comfort, and the superb breakfast. The location was good and everything was perfect—just gratitude.

Breakfast was top‑notch, the beds super comfy with plenty of blankets for the chill, and they even had a heater ready. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. All in all, a solid stay with no complaints.

I didn’t like a single thing about this place. The minibar was empty and off when I checked in, the heating didn’t work, and there were defects everywhere. Plus, no accessibility and you can only reach the rooms by stairs.

The hotel was incredible and cozy, everything was organized and spotless. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was exceptional. It was a genuinely pleasant stay.
