The Bluff Savannah Historic District, Tapestry by Hilton

“Our stay was exceptional! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”

The location was close to all our activities, including the River Walk. The shuttle was very convenient, and the front desk clerk offered great dining suggestions. I’ll stay again!

The room was very nice and spacious. The pre‑paired breakfast was okay, but each coffee cost $5.00, and people from the lobby were getting free coffee. The open parking lot was self‑parking and cost $25 a day.

“Great value close to the waterfront!”

I stayed at this place and it was great overall; they run a free shuttle to downtown. I forgot my shaving kit, but they called me and shipped it—just had to send a shipping label. The location, price, and style weren't my favorite, though.

“Very disappointing , effected our sleep and holiday”

Breakfast wasn’t included but should have been . Most other hotels in the area include breakfast. Front desk staff not very personable and rude , busy on their personal phones . and very noisy joining room . Very unprofessional , didn’t care about my complaints or concerns. Shuttle service ok , long waits at times

Nice interior and walkable to the historic district, although the area felt semi-safe. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the complementary shuttle, Naim the driver was very nice and polite and made our trip extra special, by offering exceptional service. Front desk staff were mostly nice but also acting unprofessional. Sitting in the lounge area with their shoes off, on their phones not greeting guests. The bartender was lying across a chair, feet up and snappy. Staff could use some more training and a more professional, guest-oriented approach
